How to use

Our oil is 100% pure and undiluted. To apply to the skin, dilute with a high-quality Carrier Oil.
- Use 3-4 drops into a diffuser to promote relaxation.
- Dilute 6 drops into 10ml of a high-quality carrier oil, mix together, and use as a body oil to stay calm during stressful days.
- Apply few drops on pillow case before bed to promote better sleep.
